# Fansub Onboarding (/en/docs/apply)



AniBT welcomes original anime translation, encoding, and distribution teams to join and build a clean, reliable BitTorrent ecosystem.

  To ensure authenticated release authorship, publishing privileges cannot be self-activated. Group leaders must apply using their **registered AniBT email address**. If you have not registered yet, complete [Account Registration](/en/docs/account-auth) first.

Once approved, you will receive full access to your group management console `/groups/<slug>`, automated release API keys, one-click multi-site sync, and a dedicated image host.

## Application Process [#application-process]

    Visit the [Registration Page](https://anibt.net/auth/sign-up) and create an account with your group's official or lead email. Upon approval, this account will be bound as the Owner of your fansub group.

    Gather your group's profile information and previous release history. Refer to [Field Descriptions](#field-descriptions) below for requirements.

    ### Send the Application Email [#send-the-application-email]

    From the exact email address registered on AniBT, send your application to our official support email:

    * **Recipient**: [support@anibt.net](mailto:support@anibt.net)
    * **Subject**: `Fansub Group Onboarding - <Your Group Name>`
    * **Body**: Use the reference template below

## Next Steps After Approval [#next-steps-after-approval]

Once approved, you will see the Group Console option in the site navigation. We recommend configuring your group in this order:

1. **[Configure Site Sync](/en/docs/site-sync)**: Enter credentials for Bangumi Moe, Mikan, DMHY, ACGNX, and Nyaa to enable automatic cross-site publishing.
2. **[Set Up Tracker](/en/docs/tracker)**: Add `https://tracker.anibt.net/announce` to your torrent creation software.
3. **[Explore Image Host & APIs](/en/docs/image-host)**: Host release screenshots or integrate your pipeline with the [Release API](/en/docs/open-api/releases-publish).
